Process

KNNJOO mesh belt shot blasting machine can be optimized and integrated into your production process. The workpiece can be directly taken off the conveyor and subjected to continuous shot blasting. A mesh belt made of manganese steel transports the workpiece to the shot blasting chamber. The high-efficiency shot blasting machine is installed at a specific angle facing the direction of the workpiece, and even complex-shaped workpieces can be safely shot blasted in the continuous stroke. The number and power of the shot blasting device, as well as the passing speed of the parts, can be selected according to the required shot blasting effect, and the set processing speed can be smoothly integrated with your existing production line.

Shot blasting mode

The shot blasting chamber of this equipment is entirely made of manganese steel. The advantage of manganese steel is that it is very hard and durable. The hardness is increased from 35HRC to 50HRC or more through the impact of round steel shot, so it has very good wear resistance. In the "hot zone" where the shot material directly impacts, the shot blasting chamber is additionally equipped with a 10mm thick manganese steel wear-resistant liner, almost creating an additional internal shot blasting chamber. These liners are easy to replace and can be fixed in a variety of ways (tightening, connecting, hanging, etc.). In order to prevent the pellets from splashing, the equipment is equipped with multi-layer rubber curtains. In the "hot zone", KGS curtains are used, which can be pushed to the v-track and are easy to replace.
